Once instructed your property will be assigned to one of our senior negotiators, they will contact all parties involved in the transaction keeping you fully informed of all developments as and when they occur by whatever method you prefer - fax, e-mail, text or telephone updates. We will endeavour to ascertain a completion date from the outset, utilising our considerable negotiating skills to guide the sale through to exchange and completion in the shortest possible time. We will liaise with conveyancer's, solicitors, financial advisors, and any other agents involved in the chain keeping you fully updated.
